Next PTFA Meeting will be soon - please keep checking. Disco 3 December 2009 - more details will follow nearer the time. If you would like to become a member or just help out from time to time then please let us know. You can just turn up at any meeting or tell one of us. The school has details of our names and telephone details or can pass your details to us so that we can contact you.
We try to make our meetings last no longer than one hour and try to vary the time of day in order that everyone can have the opportunity to attend meetings. You are not expected to attend every time and if you cannot attend meetings but can help out then that is of great help too, especially things like setting up and tidying away. Ideas are always welcome. We really need more people to join and to help us on event days. You do not have to have any special skills, just a willingness to join in and lend a hand, unless you would like a more active role. 
If you would like a copy of the Minutes to be emailed to you please send your name and email address to janebeardsley@msn.com. We do this to support the schools ECO policy but if you do not have access to a computer for email purposes just ask at school and a paper copy can be obtained. A copy of the Minutes is located below also.
