Homework will be given on Mondays and Fridays.  Please ensure your child completes their homework to a good standard and hands their work in on time.

Mon - Spelling homework.  Learn each word thoroughly using the strategy look, cover, write and check.  Each word is to be written three times.  This work is to be handed in on a Friday together with their spelling card.  Friday is our spelling test day.

Fri - Worksheets will be given in maths and reading comprehension.  These are to be handed in on the following Monday.

Reading homework - Please ensure you sign your child's reading record book daily.  More signatures mean more reading prizes for your child! 

Times tables - We will be working on the 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, and 10x tables. Any extra practice at home would be beneficial as we will be holding times tables competitions.
