Homework is set 3 times per week

Spellings

This year we shall be learning spellings, through phonics, following the Read, Write inc. spelling scheme. This will involve 10-15 minutes of spelling work each day. The children keep their own spelling logs of difficult words to learn.

For more information  on the Read, Write inc. scheme see http://www.oup.com/oxed/primary/rwi/

A numeracy and a topic based homework will be set each week.
